I am a male military spouse and a 20 year veteran of what some culinary writers call "the life".  I've enjoyed my time in the kitchen, however the physical requirements of the job have taken their toll, and I am now bowing out of said life gracefully, and looking to share my loves and experiences with whomever is curious for an everychef's take on things.  I plan to have a mix of anecdotes, recipes, tips on places to eat around the country, and the occasional list.
